Specifically, the takedown notice was sent to SteamDB creator Pavel Djundik, who uploaded the list to Github before Nvidia plugged the leak. And while Djundik has taken down the list he uploaded himself, the list still exists out there on the internet. And by issuing the takedown notice, Ubisoft has attracted attention to games with its name attached to them.

— Pavel Djundik (@thexpaw) September 23, 2021 While there are many names which are clearly placeholders or internal references, there are four that stand out. Specifically, there is Project Meteor by Ubisoft Sofia, Project Q by Ubisoft, Project OVER by Ubisoft Paris, and finally Project ORLANDO by Ubisoft Ivory Tower. And Redditors have identified Project Meteor to be new DLC for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Project ORLANDO being DLC for The Crew 2. It remains to be seen if either of those claims are true. But if Ubisoft does announce new DLC for those two games, the publisher has decidedly killed the surprise factor a little. Or perhaps it’s a calculated move to create hype before an official announcement. (Source: Pavel Djundik / Twitter, Reddit [1], [2] via Eurogamer)
