The discounts, as per the prime minister’s announcement, are as follows:
40% discount for usage under 200 kWh15% discount for usage of 201-300 kWh
Moreover, businesses affected by the lockdown will also receive an additional three-month extension of the 10% electricity bill discount until December, worth RM1 billion. Eligible sectors include hotels, theme parks, convention centres, malls, and tourist agencies. (Source: RTM via Facebook, PMO)
