In a recent interview with BBC Radio 2, Jackman was asked about The Greatest Showman and whether or not a sequel is in the works. At first, the Australian star was reluctant to answer. Eventually, though, Hugh Jackman admits that a sequel to The Greatest Showman is indeed in the works. This is of course great news for fans of the musical. However, do keep in mind that none of this is officially confirmed by any of the major production companies that made the first movie a reality. It’s not uncommon for movies to be in active development without actually seeing the light of day. And if you’re wondering if Jackman himself would be returning to the sequel (if it does indeed happen, of course), that remains to be seen too.
