This time around, it will come in the form of investment from Razer’s CEO, Min-Liang Tan. The RM 10 million commitment was made public through a tweet to the Minister of Youth and Sports, Syed Saddiq as shown below:

Prior to this, Razer has acquired MOL Global which resulted in the creation of Razer Pay QR-based cashless payment app which made its global debut in Malaysia itself earlier this year. With RM 20 million worth of funding and investments will be injected into our eSports scene in 2019, this could help spark various opportunities within the industry very soon.
