As per what we have noted in our previous reports, the Nokia 5.3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and the Malaysian unit also comes with 4GB of RAM alongside 64GB internal storage. The phone also features a 13MP quad-camera module, 8MP selfie camera, and 4000mAh battery. On another hand, the Nokia 2.4 is running on MediaTek Helio P22 processor together with 2GB RAM and 32GB for the Malaysian market. It also comes standard with a 13MP dual-camera system, 5MP selfie camera, and 4500mAh battery. In terms of display, the Nokia 5.3 offers a 6.55-inch screen while the Nokia 2.4 carries a 6.5-screen although both displays have the same HD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. HMD Global has also pointed out that both of these phones are ready for Android 11 even though they are pre-installed with Android 10. Pricewise, the Nokia 5.3 can be obtained for RM 799 while the Nokia 2.4 goes for RM 499. Since they are being sold only through redONE Premier Shop at the moment, the Nokia phones will be accompanied by a redONE SIM pack. Alternatively, customers can also obtain the Nokia 2.4 for free or get the Nokia 5.3 at just RM 300 if they sign up for redONE’s Smart68 plan.
