The images apparently showcase the profiles of P40 Pro from all sides and are presented in black as well as white colour schemes. Similarly to what was shown in Onleaks’ renders, the phone sports an all-screen display but reveals a pill-shaped cutout that houses two front-facing camera sensors on its upper left.
The P40 Pro’s back features a rectangular camera island housing five cameras, where we believe the speculated 10x optical zoom camera is situated in the square-shaped sensor. Based on a previously reported leak, the periscope telephoto lens is exclusive only to the Pro variant.
Other similarities with that matches up with Onleaks’ version, the renders also depict that the volume rockers and power button are located on the P40 Pro’s right, while a speaker grille and USB-C port are situated on its bottom. Blass did not reveal any of the phone’s specifications, but hinted that it may come in a premium ceramic design inspired by the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus.
Lastly, he also suggested that the upcoming P40 series’ launch date might be on 26 March of this year. Huawei consumer group CEO Richard Yu previously revealed back in December that the flagship series will be launched at an event held in Paris sometime in March. (Source: Evan Blass via Twitter.)
