Alongside native resolution of 2560 x 1440 which is why there is the 2K word in its name, the monitor’s response time is listed as 1ms with its Intelligent Motion Blur Control (IMBC) feature activated or 4ms for those looking into the grey-to-grey (GTG) rating. Xiaomi also noted that the monitor has 95% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.
In addition to that, the company has also opted to calibrate the colour accuracy of its 2K Gaming Monitor at the factory itself to allow the monitor to deliver a Delta E value of under two. It is also a VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified monitor and comes with a rotating stand that allows gamers to position it in any angle they prefer. In terms of pricing, the Mi 2K Gaming Monitor 27” will be heading into Malaysia for RM1,699. However, the company didn’t reveal the exact release date for it during the launch event earlier this week and will only announce its arrival via Xiaomi Malaysia’s social media once the monitor is available for purchase.
