The teaser itself is quite vague, merely showing a silhouette of the set but enough to reveal that it will be consisting of the console, a controller, and even a vintage TV. However, those interested to see how the actual set looks like are in luck, as Hong Kong-based gaming website VJGamer had obtained leaked images of the LEGO Nintendo NES packaging in its full glory.

It appears that the new set will include 2,646 LEGO pieces to build the Nintendo console, its controller, vintage TV with Super Mario Bros “playing” on screen, and even a game cartridge of the game. The set’s packaging also reveals that the TV features a crank that will allow you to move the 2D sprite of Mario on the screen.
Apart from teasing the Nintendo NES, LEGO did not reveal when we’ll be expecting it to be released. Its pricing had not be confirmed as well, but sources such as Promo Bricks and Nintendo Life believes that the set would cost around USD250 (~RM1,066) when it launches.
