Like its predecessors, the new convertible notebook features a 360-degree design in order for it to be utilised in four different positions: laptop, reverse, tent and tablet. The ENVY x360 2020 is equipped with a 13.3-inch FHD IPS touchscreen display, which can also be used together with the included HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen. Powering the device is the latest multi-core AMD Ryzen 4000 Series Processor with Radeon Graphics, RAM of up to 16GB, and up to 1TB PCIe SSD storage. Other features include dual Bang & Olufsen tuned speakers with HP Audio Boost, a fingerprint reader, dedicated mute button for its microphone, and an unhackable shutter for its HP Wide Vision HD Camera. The device is also shipped with Windows 10 out of the box. Connectivity-wise, the new ENVY x360 2020 comes with one USB-C for data transfer and charging, two USB-A SuperSpeed ports, and a headphone jack. It comes with a 51Wh battery with 65W fast charging support, which the company claims is able to last up to 16.75 hours on a full charge. Additionally, HP added that its fast charging capability could top up approximately 50% of the laptop’s battery in 30 minutes.
