Feature-wise, the FlyPods Lite come with a tap control that allows users to easily adjust the volume, take calls with one earphone, while the other automatically allows you to hear your surroundings while you chat over the phone. Connectivity between the FlyPods Lite and phone is conducted via built-in Bluetooth 4.2, with a distance of 10 metres. HONOR says the FlyPods Lite can be used continuously for 12 hours on a single charge, while the audio quality is capable of producing high definition audio with “natural alto and deep bass”.
Additionally, the earphones are IP54 rated, making it both sweat and water resistant. Having said that, you do not want to accidentally take a dunk into a pool with this, or accidentally swallow either one. As mentioned, the FlyPods Lite wireless earphones are expected to go on sale in June at a retail price of RM349, although HONOR has yet to set an exact date of availability. On a side note, the company will also be launching its SoundStone wireless speaker at the same time as the earphones. The speaker will retail at an SRP of RM149.
