That said, I think it’s best we don’t get too excited and increase our expectations for the film just yet as some reviewers have mentioned that the film’s story is a little clunky. Check out some of the reactions below:

Birds of Prey synopsis: Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is a twisted tale told by Harley herself, as only Harley can tell it. When Gotham’s most nefariously narcissistic villain, Roman Sionis, and his zealous right-hand, Zsasz, put a target on a young girl named Cass, the city is turned upside down looking for her. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya’s paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to take Roman down. Birds of Prey is directed by Cathy Yan and stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, alongside Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary and Ewan McGregor as Black Mask. The official MPAA rating for BOP is in and it’s rated R (rated-18 in Malaysian terminology). The film earned that rating due to “strong violence and language throughout, and some sexual and drug material.” Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is set hit theatres 6 February 2020.
