Even though the official launch will only take place on 13 November, Astro has been testing 4K UHD broadcast for quite some time. Since August 2018, the company has organized public 4K UHD screenings of sporting events such as English Premier League matches and Formula 1 races at selected locations. At this moment, Astro has yet to reveal additional information regarding its Ultra box and 4K UHD services though. Hence, we expect that the company will utilize the launch event to talk about them in detail especially when it comes to pricing.
