In the image, we can see a portion of a graphics card believed to be the 6600XT, along with a sticker identifying the GPU beneath the shroud. Specifically, the label states that the card uses a “Navi 23XT” GPU, which falls in line with initial reports. Moreover, the label also seemingly confirms the specifications of the card; the 6600XT is expected to ship out with 8GDDR6 graphics memory, 2048 Stream Processors, and a 128-bit memory bus to channel it all. In terms of power consumption, AMD seems to be giving its Navi 23 GPU some leeway with three TGP levels: 65W, 80W, and 90W. Naturally, because the GPU is based on the 7nm TSMC RDNA2 architecture, the card will also make full use of PCIe Gen4.
As with all rumours and leaks, we ask that you take this story with a large grain of salt until an official announcement has been made. On that note, there is now talk that an announcement for the RX 6600 series could happen during AMD’s Computex 2021 keynote, which is scheduled for 1 June. (Source: vegeta via Twitter, Videocardz)
