A notice the company issues effectively says anyone getting the Chinese / Korean version of the game will be refunded. Of course, this is provided they pre-ordered the game before 3PM of 8 April 2020. As for those who got the game after that point in time, PlayStation Asia will look into them on a case-by-case basis. According to the PlayStation Blog post, PlayStation Stars will allow members to “earn rewards by completing a variety of campaigns and activities”. Pos Malaysia has then released a follow-up statement earlier today at around 12:23 PM which provides some clue to the situation that it is facing at the moment. According to the statement, the company apparently noticed several internal systems that could cause technical problems. The company further explains that it then decided to shut down the said systems and related applications in order to rectify the situation. At 5:35 PM, Pos Malaysia has sent another statement, this time directly to our inbox which said that the majority of its services at all branches throughout the country are still available despite the prolonged disruptions on its internal systems and online services....

The first deal is the PS4 Mega Pack, which consists of the console, The Last of Us Remastered, God of War, and Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition. This is normally priced at RM1349, but on 11 November it will go for RM1049 instead. Then there’s the PS4 Pro God of War / The Last of Us bundle. It’s another familiar deal, consisting of the console and the two games in its name....

Regarding the latter point, the clockspeeds of the Snapdragon 732G’s Kryo 470 CPU Prime cores have been given a slight bump from 2.2GHz to 2.3GHz. While its Adreno 618 GPU reportedly a 15% improvement in graphics rendering compared to the GPU of its predecessor. Oh, and its Bluetooth support has also been bumped from 5.0 to 5.1. Beyond those increments, though, the rest of the Snapdragon 732G’s features remain largely unchanged; it’s still based on the same 8nm die lithography, uses the same Snapdragon X15 LTE modem, plus the same Neural Processing SDK....

9to5Google has obtained a Razer Phone 2 and showcased what the phone is like with the new OS update. And from what we can see, it looks a lot like a stock Android Experience. Which, isn’t actually saying much, considering the Razer Phone 2’s Android 8.1 Oreo UI already looks a lot like stock Android Oreo 8.0. A few things are worth mentioning here, though. First, the Razer Phone 2’s default launcher doesn’t support a long-swipe to get to the app drawer, according to 9to5Google....

To quickly recap, the Realme 5 Pro comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset, and is powered by a 4035mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging tech. It’s main attraction is the 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad camera combo that sits at the back of the phone. On the front, there’s a 16MP front-facing camera that sits in a waterdrop notch of the 6.3-inch Full HD+ display....

Prior to this, the realme 6 in Malaysia was made available only with one memory configuration which is 4GB of RAM. The new 8GB variant will still carry the same 128GB internal storage as well as other main components including the MediaTek Helio G90T processor and 6.5-inch Full HD 90Hz IPS display. The realme 6 also carries a quad camera setup on its rear which includes a 64MP main camera alongside an 8MP ultra wide-angle, 2MP portrait, and 2MP macro cameras....

Of course, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows with the phone. It has its sore points, which I’ll get to in a moment. Specifications Design As I’ve noted before, realme has a tendency to change the look of its phones quite drastically where the backplate is concerned. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, especially when it works out. On this, your mileage may vary, but I feel that the look on the back of the realme 6i makes for good variety....

Late last week, Nvidia posted a few screenshots of the game on Twitter, with its GeForce RTX logo. This led to rumours that the game’s PC version will come with ray tracing. Nvidia has since shot those rumours down in a followup tweet. — NVIDIA GeForce (@NVIDIAGeForce) October 31, 2019 To be fair, The GeForce RTX label does look pretty similar to that of the RTX On. That latter one, as you can see below in a screenshot for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, is the one that actually denotes that ray tracing is available....

Just like last year’s model, the smartwatch has a waterproof rating of 5ATM and is equipped with built-in GPS to track your workout routes. As you would expect, the Redmi Watch 3 has a bevy of over 100 sports modes to track all your exercises with automatic detection for six types of workouts....

The alleged rumours stem from a video report posted on a YouTube channel named Residence of Evil. On top of the return of the first-person mode, the rumours also seem to suggest that Ethan Winters – the original protagonist from RE7 – will be making a return to RE8, alongside boulder-punching veteran, Chris Redfield. Of course, to what extent their roles are in the unreleased RE8 is still unknown. While this is all just hearsay at the moment, it does seem a little odd that Capcom would still want to stick with the first-person viewing angle for RE8; both the current Resident Evil 2 Remake and upcoming Resident Evil 3 remake saw the comeback of the third-person mode, quite likely as a homage to the original title that launched more than a decade ago....

As Dexerto reports, Respawn has a couple of job listings for an “Apex Universe FPS incubation project”. One of them describes the job as building a “brand new Respawn single-player adventure. Beyond these details, the job listings doesn’t really describe much about what this game will be about. It’s interesting that Respawn chooses to frame this new game as being of the Apex Universe, when Apex Legends itself is of the Titanfall universe....

That said, eSports analyst Rod Breslau has shared a few things about the game. For starters, it will be free-to-play, and as a result will be quite microtransaction-heavy. This news from WSJ corroborates with an earlier render of the supposed iPhone 11, which has a square camera module similar to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. But situated more to the corner instead of a middle of the phone. The new camera is said to be the hero feature for this year’s premium iPhone model. However, the triple-camera system is said to be reserved only for a “larger” iPhone 11 model....

According to The Fast Company, Apple will be using Intel’s 8161 5G modem, which in turn are to be built on the former’s 10nm SoC lineup. Despite the change of heart, what hasn’t change is Apple overall mood with Intel. Apple is not happy with the semiconductor maker, mainly due to the latter’s curent 8060 modem chips that are currently in testing. Specifically, the aforementioned modem chips suffer from a heat dissipation issue....
