That being said, the nature of the disruption has been described as “intermittent slowness” in other words mean that customers may experience a sluggish performance when using the Maybank2u website and mobile apps....

While the reason behind the disruption was not revealed in the announcement on its website and social media channels, it is possible that this might be related to the system maintenance that the bank performed on the site last night.
